At 31 years, Laura Bullo will retire from professional football after the Coupe de France final against Lyon on Thursday in Strasbourg. Having joined the club in 2005, the left-back made 225 appearances for Paris Saint-Germain. A star of French women's football, Laura won the Coupe de France with the Rouge et Bleu in 2010 and was a key player for Paris Saint-Germain, reaching the UEFA Women's Champions League final twice: in 2015 and 2017. Throughout her illustrious career, Laura represented France in 65 matches, becoming one of her country's iconic players. "I have decided to end my playing career and I announce it today with a big smile because I feel ready," Laura Bullo said after training on Tuesday. "I believe I can succeed in other areas, and the time has come. I would like to thank all the people I have met throughout my career who have always supported me."
